What's the difference between the two memberships?
GOLD LEVEL:
$159/ Month: 16 loads (4 loads per week) of laundry Washed, Dried, Folded a month with FREE delivery. + 2 Deluxe Laundry bags!
PLATINUM LEVEL
$219/ Month: 32 loads (8 loads per week) of laundry Washed, Dried, Folded a month with FREE delivery + 4 Deluxe Laundry bags!
Is there a minimum?
No. whatever you can fit in the bag is covered in your monthly membership fee.
What days do you pick up and deliver?
We pick up Tuesday & Friday. Laundry must be outside on the front porch by 10AM.
What if I don’t want to leave my laundry outside?
You can provide us with a garage code (like Amazon) and we will be happy to pick it up from inside your garage.
*You must click that option on your membership sign form and provide us with your garage code.
Do you separate Whites & Darks?
Yes we are happy to do that, just please notate that on your intake form.
What methods do you use for laundry?
We always wash in Cold water and dry on Medium heat.
Are my clothes washed with other families?
No. We never combine orders.
What if I need my comforter washed?
No problem, whatever fits in your Deluxe Laundry Bag will be washed and included in your monthly membership fee. Please label your bag with your full name and leave it out with your order!
What if I have extra laundry I need washed?
No problem! For every additional bag (no larger than a 13 Gallon Kitchen garage bag) is an additional $10 each Please label your bag with your full name and leave it out with your order!
What type of clothing do you accept?
We'll wash anything that you don't mind being washed in cold water and dried on medium heat. Delicates or items such as sweaters or silk aren't recommneded.
